Mammoth Mtn. CA
- Open thru 4th of July!.....and beats any of the areas you mention above, by far! Steeper and longer runs, super well maintained and salted several times per day. Unbelievable cruising, as well as off-piste skiing from 10.000ft. on down. Top national racers in training until noon, totally inspireing!... after which the race courses come down and you can go full tilt on their groomers!! Wow Wow!! Great restaurants and bars for later, etc

Lake Louise
- From Kokanee Kabin on the front side with live bands and front row seats to the famous Alberta Sunshine, to Temple Beach on the backside, a great place for suntanning and BBQs, and with lots of fun events/contests etc. up until the first weekend of May, there is no better place to enjoy spring skiing than Lake Louise. The snow is great, the skies are blue, the sun is warm and the beers are cold!

Vail
- Even better - we've still got winter skiing here. Over a foot of snow in the last 24 hours and it's still snowing.

- Best spring skiing is at Killington, of course! Bump off with the best mogul skiers at the 26th Annual Bear Mountain Mogul Challenge on Outer Limits the weekend of April 4-5th...it's an event not to be missed, along with a visit to Aspen East Ski Shop & Surf the Earth Snowboards on Route 4 in Killington, with awesome end of season sales. Shopping is a sport.
