What the Mountain is Like
The staff at Sierra is always friendly and willing to help. On our recent stay, we decided to leave a day early to avoid the latest storm. The manager of the lodge gladly refunded our money without any grief. She is always personable and looks to help guests out each time.
I've had one of the guys from the front office dig my car out of the parking lot. The staff that mans the lifts are helpful for new and advanced skiers/boarders alike.
They make the experience fun! And Van in the ski shop made returning our equipment a pleasure! Thanks Sierra Summit!
Tips and Tricks
- We usually stay in a room with beds, sink and a closet. The bathroom is dorm like, one per floor for men and one for women. Two showers and plenty of toilets. Always clean.
- The staff and the cleanliness of the lodge. Everything is pretty well maintained, considering the snow and water going through all the time.
- The menu in the lodge is on the pricey side. Unless you plan on bringing your own food, prepare to pay a premium for breakfast and dinner.
