2010 Audi Alpine FIS Ski World Cup Aspen Winternational Women's Giant Slalom
Germany's Kathrin Hoelzl won the Aspen Winternational World Cup Giant Slalom at Aspen, Colorado; with Austrian Kathrin Zettel in second and Federica Brignone of Italy finishing third in only her fourth World Cup Giant Slalom race.
Julia Mancuso led the U.S. women, finishing 13th. Following Mancuso for the U.S. was Colorado native Sarah Schleper who skied to a 23rd finish. Lindsey Vonn, World Champion and World Cup overall champion, hit a rock on the course and she was unable to make the top 30 cutoff for a second run.

2010 Audi Alpine FIS Ski World Cup Aspen Winternational Women's Slalom
Sarka Zahrobska of the Czech Republic easily took the gold in the Aspen Winternational Slalom race for the second year in a row. Zahrobska eased through the second run after posting a blazing first trip to win on a course which saw over twenty of the world's best ski out.
Austrians Marlies Schild and Kathrin Zettel finished second and third and the Riesch sisters, Susanne and Maria of Germany were 4th and 5th respectively.
No U.S. women qualified for the second run.
