Included in the cost of the program is video analysis, as well as free NASTAR racing. Afton Alps also offers Women's Ski College, which is open to adult female skiers of all levels. Big Sky Resort in Montana offers a Women’s Camp for intermediate skiers who have their eye on expert terrain such as off-piste slopes and double black runs. The small groups range from three to seven participants, so women receive individualized coaching by skilled female instructors who ensure a safe, yet challenging, environment. The price includes three days of ski instruction, video analysis, and free entrance to après-ski events.
Boyne Mountain in Michigan’s Women Improvement Sessions run from 10am-1pm and are open to women who are at least comfortable on intermediate trails. Skilled instructors work with skiers to improve skill level and increase confidence on new terrain, while ensuring a safe and fun environment. Equipment evaluation and alignment analysis is also provided.
Crystal Mountain, located in Michigan, hosts “Women on Wednesdays” ski groups that run for six consecutive Wednesdays throughout the ski season. Terry Peak’s Ladies Only Ski Program in South Dakota is a six-week progressive clinic that runs through January and February. The program is open to female skiers aged twenty-one and up, and runs on Thursdays. Included in the fee is two hours of coaching, a deli-style luncheon, lunch presentations, equipment demo opportunities, and fun group skiing in the afternoon.
