Even though the technicians planed off less than a sixteenth of an inch, the difference is clearly visible in the after photos of my boot soles. This little bit of difference has made a big difference in the way I ski. I can, and do, get up more on each inside edge.

I'm still getting used to not constantly pushing to physically compensate for under edging on the inside edges of my skis, but, I can guarantee that it has taken an inherent flaw out of my skiing.
