Vonn Fourth in Maribor Slalom
Lindsey Vonn tied for fourth in Sunday's slalom after skiing the fastest second run of the day. Vonn came from 17th place after run one, trying to catch German slalom ace and current overall World Cup leader, Maria Riesch, who had a 1.39 second advantage. Riesch won to mark her fourth consecutive slalom victory.

Vonn Seventh in Maribor
Defending overall World Cup champion Lindsey Vonn skied the second fastest final run of giant slalom in Maribor Saturday to finish seventh, her second best result in the discipline this season. Slovenia's Tina Maze won the race, taking her first giant slalom victory since 2005.

Lindsey Vonn took her fifth win in as many years at Lake Louise. Starting 16th, Vonn jumped to a .49 second lead after the first split, then gained two more tenths to finish .61 seconds ahead of Italy's Nadia Fanchini who came in second.
