Stoneham Skidaddlers Ski and Sports Club Description:


The Stoneham Skidaddlers Ski and Sports Club is a non-profit group whose common interest is to promote safe and good skiing to all its members and to bring to its members the recreational and social aspects of the sport. The Skidad's were founded in Stoneham, Massachusetts in 1957 as a day-trip cluband have been incorporated in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts since 1960. In the summer of 1962, the club purchased a lodge and 19 acres of land along U.S. Route 302 in Bartlett, NH and currently has about 80 members.

Stoneham Skidaddlers Ski and Sports Club Sports Activities::


The Skidaddlers are very active in alpine, Nordic, back-country and telemark skiing, snow boarding and snow shoeing and are located in the heart of the scenic White Mountain Region near five alpine and five Nordic ski resorts. There are AMC trails in Crawford and Pinkham Notches and the many shopping outlets of North Conway.

Stoneham Skidabddlers Sports Club non-ski activities include hiking, golf, tennis, volleyball, mountain biking, camping, canoeing, rafting, swimming, sunbathing, dancing and may other enjoyable, year round activities. Recreational facilities include a private, sandy beach with a bonfire pit on the Saco River, volleyball court, picnic/BBQ area and a sauna. All located on 19 spacious wooded acres owned by the club. Our lodge can comfortably sleep up to 30 women and 30 men. It has a full kitchen, 2 wood stoves, a secured ski tune-up room, and a lounge.
