Skiwi Ski and Social Club Description:

The Skiwi Ski and Social Club (www.skiwiskiclub.com) is located in the metro Detroit, Michigan area and has year round social and sporting activities. It will celebrate its 50th year anniversary in 2009, and belongs to the Metropolitan Detroit Ski Council. People of all ski skill levels are welcome from expert to beginner, and since there's even more non-skiing activities, non-skiers easily fit right in too. Skiwi Ski and Social Club current membership is just under 300 members.

Annual Dues: $30, single $40 married couple - includes a monthly newsletter

Skiwi Ski and Social Club sports activities include: Biking, billiards, volleyball, canoeing and kayaking, attending Tiger's baseball and Piston's basketball games, golf and whitewater rafting.

Skiwi Ski and Social Club Non Ski Trips and activities include: Weekend train trips, weekend golf outings, weekend camping and canoeing, dinner theater, once-a-month tavern nights at a different venue each month, day-long and weekend bike/winery tasting trips, annual picnic and an annual Christmas Banquet.
