John Teller Tops At Megeve, FR, World Cup Ski Cross

John Teller (Mammoth Lakes, CA) took the top spot at the Audi FIS Freestyle Men's Ski Cross World Cup in Megeve, France  with teammate Joe Swensson (Niantic, CT) finishing in seventh for team USA Ski Cross.

"I think this is the best U.S. finish ever." said Teller  "I knew I was skiing this course faster than everyone so it is good to get back on the top step."  Teller, an X Games champion won his first World Cup two years ago in St. Johann, Austria.

No U.S. women competed in the Audi FIS Freestyle Ladies' Ski Cross World Cup event.

The team heads to Grasgehren, Germany for the next World Cup stop Feb. 1-3 and will be stateside for the Sprint U.S. Grand Prix at Canyons Resort Feb. 25 - Mar. 2.
