Deer Valley Resort is on schedule to open its 32nd winter season with the annual Deer Valley Celebrity SkiFest.
The invitational ski event pairs former Olympic ski legends with television and film celebrities for a weekend of skiing, live music and fundraising for the environmental group Waterkeeper Alliance, which supports and empowers Waterkeeper member organizations to protect communities, ecosystems and water quality.
Pictured here, after their head-to-head dual giant slalom run at last year's 20th anniversary Deer Valley Skifest are Deer Valley Ambassador, and former U.S. Ski Team member Heidi Voelker and Tommy Moe, U.S. Olympic gold medalist and special ambassador for Jackson Hole Resort.
Voelker and Moe are again schedule to race this year as are U.S. ski legends Steve and Phil Mahre.
