Elan engineers have been very busy studying what works, what doesn't work, and what works best in the terrain park. What they found and incorporated in the Elan 2012-13 Freestyle Puzzle TBT is the TBT - Triple Base Technology - which just may redefine park skiing by incorporating three different base angles in the top and bottom 3rd of the skis.
Elan has also gotten Glen Plake very excited about the Elan Touring series debuting some really solid - yet lightweight - skis thanks to the innovative Bridge technology, extremely lighweight Woodcore construction and Fiberglass reinforcements.
Women skiers were also a focus of Elan designers who took on the task of addressing the features that will really make a difference in women's skis and that research resulted in the 'Lightskiing' concept, designed for women and follows the simple formula: EasySkiing + LightWeight = LightSkiing.
