Anna Fenninger of Austria won the 2011 FIS Alpine World Championships Super Combined event (combined times of one downhill run and one slalom) held in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany.

Tina Maze of Slovenia was second and Sweden's Anja Paerson took third place. Julia Mancuso led the U.S. Team finishing 7th. Lindsey Vonn, still recovering from a minor concussion while training last week, finished 12th in the downhill but elected to skip the slalom race.

Vonn will have another day of well deserved rest before the women's DH as the unusually warm weather has caused Saturday's women's training to be cancelled. The Downhill is scheduled for Sunday.
