Heli-Skiing Lake Tahoe

This season will bring a real chance to ski around Lake Tahoe and do it in a day of heli-skiing. Pacific Crest Snowcats is launching Pacific Crest Heli-Guides to access over 100,000 acres of remote ski terrain along the sierra crest.

This isn't just an out of the blue start-up. The operation has been founded by the head guide of Alaska's original helicopter skiing operation and the founder of Pacific Crest Snowcats. Flying out of Truckee airport and scheduled for daily operations there will be convenient access to the snowcats in case of weather flight concerns.

If you always wanted to try heli-skiing this is a good deal at $899 per person (party of four needed)  for a full day ski trip including your safety gear, group guide, and lunch.
