Skier Bode Miller Steps up to the Plate for Charity

Friday July 18, 2008
Just as he has done for the past two years, Bode Miller has signed a a one-game contract to play for the Nashua Pride baseball team. A portion of the ticket proceeds will benefit Bode's Turtle Ridge Foundation.

Bode's much anticipated return to baseball will be at Historic Holman Stadium in Nashua, NH, on Friday, July 18 for a 7:05 pm home game against the Ottawa Rapidz. It's a true teaming of champions this year as The Pride is the reigning Can-Am League Champions and, of course, Bode is the four-time and current World Cup Skiing Champion.
