You would think that horse racing is a more likely venue for a photo finish than nordic combined. However, a photo finish is what it took to determine the bronze medal winner in today's nordic combined individual event. Norway's Magnus Moan won the bronze medal, one commentator said, by a big toe, when he extended his right ski to beat countryman Petter Tande for the bronze.
