U.S. Ski Team Day

Friday February 10, 2006
The first U.S. Ski Team Day is on February 11, 2006. This promotional fund raiser is slated to become an annual tradition. Ski resorts across the country have agreed to become a part of the event, and have committed to donating one dollar per lift ticket or cross country trail pass sold on event day to the U.S. Ski Team.

Be sure to get out and ski to show your support for the Team as they head into the Olympics. Note that some areas are celebrating today to coincide with the opening ceremonies of the 2006 Winter Games in Torino, Italy. Check the complete list of sponsors for a participating ski area near you.
