New Slider On The Slopes

Saturday January 21, 2006
A little sled could be the next big thing on the slopes. The Tri-Slider, a high performance three-runner snow sled, can take on the terrain parks and the black diamonds with remarkable speed and agility. Developed by Triage Sled Works, of Colorado, the Tri-Slider comes equipped with front frame suspension, and rear brakes. In a kneeling position on the sled, the rider presents a low center of gravity, allowing for tight radius turns which manage speed and direction. Keep an eye out, because one of these little sleds may be zipping through a mogul field near you and don't worry - the brakes really do work. For more information, contact Triage Sled Works or Eastern U.S. Rep Brett Darrow at 518-251-5199.
