U.S. Olympic Team Announcements

The U.S. Ski and Snowboard Association (USSA) will begin announcing athletes selected for the various U.S. Olympic and Paralympic teams starting on January 16. The Olympic Winter Games take place February 10 - 26 in Torino, Italy.

USSA Vice President of Athletics Alan Ashley, who oversees 14 sport teams said, "We're on-track to be Best in the World... We're all excited about these Games and naming each of the teams is always an energizing time."

U.S. Olympic Team skiing announcement dates and locations:
Jan. 16 - Nordic Combined / Ski Jumping, Park City, Utah
Jan. 17 - Cross Country, Park City, Utah
Jan. 25 - Alpine, Las Vegas, Nevada
Jan. 25 - Freestyle, Deer Valley Resort, Park City, Utah
